Better less but better

Moderate exercises in a combination to the Mediterranean diet burn fats better, than big physical activities. The new research emphasizes that healthy weight is not just body weight, but also distributions of fats on organism. The advantage of the Mediterranean diet for good health and life longevity has been proved repeatedly. However, it became known that it in combination with moderate physical activities it works for weight reduction better, than all other diets. Note, the Mediterranean type of alimentation isn’t really a diet and doesn’t limit in number of the consumed products. It is only necessary to replace red meat with fish or a chicken, eat more beans and cereals, to fall in love with vegetables and to replace all desserts with fruit.

 

Also, recently it was proved that olive oil is useful not only as the dressing for salads, but also better than others suits for frying. Scientists proved that such type of food can reduce fatty stocks even without big visible loss of weight. The research conducted within 1,5 years showed decrease in fatty deposits around liver for 29%, in an abdominal cavity for 22% and around heart for 11%. It is obvious that it led to improvement of the general state of health of the examinees.
